Steen Gerhardt

Steen has more than 25 years of experience in strategic recruitment of top executives and board members, executive coaching, establishment of global assessment centers and development and implementation of national and international projects.
Steen has a yearlong background from an international consulting company from which he has gained solid insight in most knowledge-intensive trades and industries. For many years, Steen has been the preferred sparring partner and adviser of senior managements and boards of privately- and equity owned and listed companies.
He holds an MA and a BSc from Aarhus University and has completed a number of qualifying national and international continuing education courses.
Stine Nygaard
PARTNER & HEAD OF RESEARCH
Stine is responsible for the research division’s activities and thereby qualifies and supports the strategic recruitment- and project assignments by conducting search activities, business research, and business analyses.
Stine has a professional background from the recruitment industry working with search within a broad span of trades and industries.
Stine holds a cand.ling.merc degree in Corporate Communication from Aarhus School of Business, Aarhus University.
Rune Sørensen

Before joining Steen Gerhardt Executive Services A/S in 2018, Rune Sørensen held positions such as Partner, CEO, EVP Sales, Marketing & Customer Service and Country Manager for major IT companies.
Rune has 20+ years of experience from global leadership roles within sales and marketing operating in the IT and Telecom industry. In addition, Rune has 10+ years of experience with executive search, assessment, organizational excellence and executive coaching, as well as 10+ years of board experience from midsize companies
Rune Holds a Master in Economics (cand.merc.), International Business, Planning and Marketing from Aarhus School of Business.
Klaus Henning Bjerkvold

Klaus Henning is Norwegian with more than 15 years of headhunter experience in the Nordic region. Klaus has a solid business understanding and wins the client’s trust within executive search, executive assessments, coaching and leadership programmes.
Klaus Henning has a background as Management Consultant, Managing Director, Country Manager and board member positions in the IT sector and professional services industry.
Klaus Henning became an officer in the Royal Norwegian Naval Forces in 1998, holds a Cand. Mag. degree in Physchology at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and a Master of Science at the Copenhagen Business School.
